How to Use 

Wear alone or as a top-coat for dazzling shine. 

Procedure:

1. Add Phase A ingredients to a vessel and heat to 80°C, while mixing. Ensure phase is fully melted.

2. Add Phase B and mix until well dispersed.

3. Remove from heat and add Phase C. Pour off into packaging and allow to set.

Manufacturing instructions 

Heat phase A to 115°C. 

Add phase B and add phase C, (which has three color options) and mix until homogenous. 

Prepare the lipstick mold with a film separating splitting the mold into two sections. 

Pour the batch into the first half, and remove the film when set. Leave the half sticks in the mold and pour another color into the remaining half. When fully set remove and place into lipstick components.

Procedure for Throwing Shade – Tinted Protection Cream:

  1. Premix water and homogenize for 15 minutes then continue mixing. Premix BRONTIDE™ and Xanthan Gum and add to the Water. Heat to 70-75ºC with mixing.
  2. In a separate vessel, add each Phase B ingredient and heat to 70-75ºC with mixing.
  3. Combine Phase B into Phase A mixing well. Homogenize for 2 minutes. Cool to below 40º
  4. Once cooled, add Phase C ingredients, and mix well. Adjust pH to 7-8. 

Results:

Appearance: Beige to tan opaque viscous cream
pH @ 25°C: 7-8
Viscosity @ 25°C (LVT Spindle T-F @ 3 rpm; 1 min): 135,000-140,000 cps
