How to Use 

Before applying moisturizer, dispense a few drops into your hands and gently pat onto a slightly damp face and neck until fully absorbed. During the day, follow with sunscreen after moisturizer.

Procedure:

1. Charge vessel with water and begin mixing.

2. Add Phase A ingredients one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

3. Premix glycerin and xanthan gum, add to main vessel, and mix for 10-15 minutes.

4. Mix Phase B ingredients together in a separate vessel, then add to main vessel.

5. Add Phase C ingredients up to Herbapurifine® to main vessel, mixing well after each addition.

6. Slowly add AEROSIL® 200, taking care to avoid excess aeration; mix slowly.

7. Adjust pH value to 6.0 – 6.5 carefully with high diluted citric acid.

1. Heat Phase A and B separately to 70-75°C.
2. Add Phase A to Phase B with stirring*.
3. Homogenize.
4. Cool with gentle stirring.

*If Phase A has to be charged into the vessel first, Phase B must be added without stirring.

This formulation features the following ingredients:

• Tucumã Butter Refined: is an emollient rich in lauric and myristic acid, providing hydration with fast absorption by the skin. It is a natural alternative to the use of silicones, being able to maintain equivalent or better sensorial profile of the silicones.
• Cupuacu Refined Butter:  acts as an emollient, providing a pleasant touch, softness, and smoothness to the skin, promoting the recovery of natural moisture and elasticity by strengthening the skin barrier.
• Beraclay Vanilla: has a pH very similar to the skin and its main benefit is purifying the skin and absorbing its debris.

Procedure for Hand Exfoliating Butter with Beraclay Vanilla

1. Mix Phase A and heat up to 75°C – 80°C.
2. Start to cool down under medium stirring and add Phase B below 55°C. Mix well and add Phase C.

5. Cool with gentle stirring and add the ingredients of Phase D.
6. Add Phase Z and adjust the pH to 6.0 – 6.5.
