Procedure:

1. Add Phase A ingredients to a vessel and heat to 80°C while mixing at 300 rpm.

2. In a separate vessel, combine Phase B ingredients up to Biochemica Vitamin E Nat and heat to 80°C while mixing at 400-500 rpm.

3. When both Phase A and Phase B are at 80°C, add Phase B to Phase A under homogenization. Add Microzest 25 Gardenia Blue under homogenization.

4. Homogenize (Ultra Turrax) at 8,000-10,000 rpm for 3-5 minutes or until smooth, shiny, and homogenous.

5. Using a sweep blade at 100 rpm, cool down the batch to below 40°C.

6. Below 40°C, add Phase C ingredients one at a time, ensuring each ingredient is fully incorporated before addition of the next.

7. Adjust pH to 5.5 – 6.5 citric acid solution.
