Procedure:

Mix phase A, ensuring Versagels are homogenous.
In a separate beaker, mix phase B and adjust pH to 5-5.5 with 20% citric acid.
Slowly add phase B to phase A with stirring.
Homogenize on Silverson for 2-3 minutes at 2,500 rpm.
